Along with that, the leadership's wisdom and flexibility in the face of the epidemic has maintained the operation of the entire company when it had to switch to Work From Home (WFH). It is a great change and effort of the management board as well as each individual of Nam Long Floor to adapt to the new working environment and keep up with the global trend. 

WFH helps each member appreciate the present life and share more with the community by very specific things that are rich in love and humanity. WFH makes the team spirit stronger and firmer. Constantly learning and sharing has built up many results from initiatives to meet work in WFH conditions, showing that the capacity of each member is limitless.

The first 6 months of 2021 of Nam Long Floor is the period of witnessing successful sales events and a difficult period due to the epidemic.
